Hello, is there any common used standard xml schema or dtd of Invoice?
I found something from Visa but links to Visa website are broken...

You could try looking at the UBL schemas. However, they seem to cover
the whole purchasing cycle, and maybe more comprehensive that you
require. (One of the problems of choosing a standard!)

For business datatypes, I usually start checking at xml.org. Some of
those are still strictly proposals rather than really being well
accepted by the industries they're intended to address, but they're
generally at least a reasonable starting point.
