Stream & 800a0bbc

I'm using streams to upload a file.
I get an error 800a0bbc write to file failed.

I've looked on support.microsoft.com and groups.google.com.
No luck on what a 800a0bbc error is.

What is the description of that error? I don't have the codes memorized.
And what is the line of code where this error happens?

The line at which it erros is:
streamFile.SaveToFile path & fileItem.FileName, 2

The full error is:

Write to file failed.

Does IUSR have NTFS permissions to the path? And does "path" have a value?
