Streaming level hosting or housing

Hello,
I'd to know which are the best offers or the best companies or even
solutions dealing with bandwidths capable of video streaming, both
using http like youtube or even actual video servers with dedicated
protocol. I'd be happy both with hosting and housing solutions (the
latter is not so important is not a requirement).

Any ideas?
