Struts validator framework: help with jsp pages

Is it possible to use the validator framework with plain old jsp
(without using the struts tag-libs: struts-beans, struts-html,
struts-logic)?

you can use the old jsp tags .it will not make any problem.it is not
necessary to depend on exadel libraries.
