Sys.webforms.pagerequestmanager timeout exception:servererror timedout

Hi
I got "Sys.webforms.pagerequestmanager timeout exception:server error timedout" this error message when i try to upload the file whose size is more than 1MB
and to recover this i increased the "AsyncPostBackTimeout ="360000" but of no use so please if any one has a solution for this tim out exception then please help me
