tabstrip client-side events

Im trying to use the Tabstrip control with out posting
back to the server. I want to find out what tab the user
clicks ion client-side script. The documentation says
there is an event called onselectedindexchange that is
fired. How do I access this and get the clicked tab index
from client script.
