Tomcat and Apache-XMLRPC

Hi,

I tried to set up a XmlRpcServlet. As suggested I put the
XmlRpcServlet.properties in the path org/apache/xmlrpc/webserver, which I put
in WEB-INF/classes and put the whole thing in a war-file.

When deploying the servlet to the Tomcat server I will find a
2007-11-24 22:02:52 StandardContext[/xmlrpc]Servlet /xmlrpc threw load() exception
javax.servlet.ServletException: Failed to locate resource XmlRpcServlet.properties

Anybody could give me a hint what I am doing wrong?
