try to publish but get:The process cannot access the file...

I restart my XP os.
Open VS2008 and try to publish the site.
I get the following.
What am I doing wrong??


Error 1 The process cannot access the file 'I:\MyDocuments\Visual Studio
2008\WebSites\St. Louis Gonzaga\App_Data\ASPNETDB.MDF' because it is being
used by another process.
