Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Job Location: Rochester, MN
Job Duration: 6 months(contract)
Pay Range: Open
Job Description:
Business division is looking for Senior Business Analysts.
The projects include upgrades to portals, health assessment updates,
coaching programs, data connectivity, Website updates and integration,
eHealth, Knowledge Management, and client-management reporting.
The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and
prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting).
Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements
sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.
Behavior Characteristics:
*5 Years Strong problem solving and negotiation skills Required
*5 Years Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required
Required Skills & Experience:
*4 Years BS in business or computer science field Required
*3 Years of experience Complete understanding of SDLC Required
*5+years of experience in of direct BA experience in the healthcare
industry Required
*5 Years of experience in Agile development methodologies Desired
*5 Years of experience in writing functional specs, user cases/user
stories, and DFD's Required
*5 Years of experience in Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Required
*3 Years of experience with web application development Required
*3 Years of experience with MS Word, Excel and Visio Required
*3 Years of experience with business intelligence and reporting
applications Required
