<ul> doesn't work for IE 5.01

Hello,
My site is at www.moca.co.il

It happens on IE version 5.01 & 5.5 (on other versions, like 6.0 it works
fine),
when I press the second button from right (and also the third) - I am
expecting to see <ul> items with dots,
but on IE 5.01 & IE 5.5 - I cannot see the dots of <li>

on other pages of that site (press on the first button from the right) - I
see dots for <li> items correctly.

Why ?

IE5.5 SP2, Win98SE

On the first main screen ! (maybe, you check only this)
Although I don't know if you know Hebrew - this doesn't metter.
Press on the second and third button from the right, and see that you cannot
see dot of the <li> items - which I don't understand why I cannot see) -
