upgrade from 1.1 to 2.0 question

Given an upgraded web project name of MyWeb, whenever I build the project I
receive no errors, but when I browse the web, I receive the following
error:Could not load file or assembly 'MyWeb' or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified.The fusion log reveals this:LOG:

is the app looking for the compiled file in the bin directory? I thought
that was the purpose of the app_code folder.I do have some library projects
in this project and those libraries are being created in the bin directory
