URI manipulation library?

Hi,


Is there a library for manipulating and resolving URIs? I'm looking for
something along the lines of java.net.URI. Specifically, my problem is
that I have to resolve relative URIs against absolute URIs.

There is a list of available libraries, a link to which is posted here
periodically by Nikki Locke. Search for this name in the news archives.
There can be some library suitable for your task in there.

Also, consider posting on platform-specific issues (and networking is
very much platform-specific) in a platform newsgroup.
