URL+JPEG+MPEG+P2P blocking

Hey Guys im new to this forum...i m not very much perfect in C.....but
i can stand over....my prob is that...i m looking out for code in C if
possible Linux Based or logic so that i can code for the following.

1.Specific URL blocking...like i want URLS to se allowed uptill certain
depth only.

2.Peer to Peer application blocking

3.users should not be allowed to download any file except PDF and DOC

How do you stand over? I tried that once & got a horrible GPF.
Bastard resources...

Also, I'd watch out for code in C too. Good idea. Keep your system
clean.
