Url rewriting and Internal server error on Google crawlers.

Hi,
I use Url rewriting on my website and my website works normally , but
I don't know why Google crawlers can not read my pages . For example
look at address below :
http://www.labkhandha.com/Article/265/default.aspx
As you can see you can see the page but here is Google's Web crawl
error for this page and all rewrite pages :

500 (Internal server error)
The server encountered an error and can't fulfill the request

I suppose this is something with my server my server because I have 3
websites on this server and neither of them cached by Google
successfully meanwhile I Used same url rewriting technique over an
other website and it has no problem with Google.
The strange thing is I use DotnetNuke (as you might know it uses URL
Rewrithing too ) on this server and it has no problem with Google too !

In the message "internal server error", the "server" refers to _your_
server. You have to find out why _your_ server is getting an internal error
when Google crawls it. Check in the Application event log.
