User Accounts difference

can any on explain me the difference between
these accounts.
My machine name is M001

IUSR_M001
Internet Guest Account

ASPNET
ASP.NET Machine Account

Can i disable IUSR_M001 for security purposes.

deny the IUSR access to the XML stuff directly, and only give ASPNET access

I have no idea if you can disable the IUSR on the applicaiton... it would
depend on if you have another security scheme for it, if un-authenticated
users need access, etc...
