User Controls

Hi All,

I am developing web applications using ASP.Net 2.0.There is a
requirement where I need to create 2 user controls.

1. Tab control
2. A page navigation control which to be placed in the footer of
the gridview.

So far I haven't created any user controls in ASP.Net 2.0. Could u
folks help me to start creating user controls, assigning properties,
creating events etc.? If possible suggest me some useful tutorials on
the same to start with?
