Warning: Page Expired

How do you get around the problem of "Warning: Page Expired" when clicking
the back button a browser.

I have several cases where i have a listing page that then goes to a detail
page in the same frame. 99.99% of the time the users will want to go back
to the listing page, but the above problem arises.

I did think of using onclicks to bring up a new window with the details
required, but in the projects case the drill down is quite deep and would
result in lots of details windows being present.

I have seen certain dotnet websites that seem to get around this problem
including MS Sharepoint??

Hope someone can help.....

changed ofcourse the pnly soulution i tried is pressing the back button 2
times it then go back to that page at the refreshed version
