Web Form in VS2008

Why does it set the default working directory to:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE

I think initially the default working directory was the solution
directory, but after installing some patches from Microsoft, it has
now been changed :(

May I know how to change this back?
