Web pages to admin app_data/*.mdf files?

I have an Asp.Net 2.0 application (based on club starter kit). I uploaded the
MDF files to my web host. However, I must download and upload the 10M
Aspnetdb.mdf and other MDF files if I need to do any database administration
task. Any exists Aspx files that I can dump to my host space and used to
administrate the MDF files?
