Web services interoperability

Dear All
I want to clarify interopreability issue regarding calling .NET web services from unmanaged code such as DCOM,COM, COM+ and IP messages via socket connection. Is that possible? How can i achieve this? Detailed reply would be appreciated.Thank you for your help.
