Hi,

I want to setup a system for broadcasting some vedios on web. Just like
http://www.geo.tv/geoip/ (Web TV Concept, not on demand).
I want to set up my own hardware and software at my place. My preference is
Microsoft's platform as we have experts in this area.

Now I need help in selection of good software and hardware and what should
be the solution to implement this setup. If any one have experience of
implementation of this kind of setup please help me.

Consider following for benchmarking.
1000 users accessing it at same time.
Media sources will be vary like vedios stored on a hard disk, from camera,
or from another vendor/web services etc..

The page that loads says the service is only available in Pakistan. Is it
