WebControl and JavaScript

Hi,

I created a webControl that overrides the "Render" method that contains a pretty long javascript, which is finally rendered as follows:

this.Page.RegisterStartupScript("Load" + this.ClientID, script.ToString());
I would like to re-use this control in various other projects, but also would like to know whether it is possible to extract the very long JavaScript code in a ".js" file that would make reading the code much easier for anyone that wants to customize or debug my control. Do you know if I can do it? If so, could you please let me know how (or point me to article/web sites)?

Thanks a lot.

Well, It depends on how your javascript works. If the js is not particularly
dependent on string replacement, you could utilize WebResources (google it).
