Webcontrol support files?

Hi all,

I have a windows form control that works fine on my desktop. I noticed
that the client machines do not have .net framework 2.0 installed. I went to
MS and downloaded the framework and installed it and it still does not work.
However I also noticed that there is not config for 2.0 in the control panel
unlike my dev machine. Can someone please advise me of whats needed and what
settings will work on the client to run this control.
