webservice aspcompat declaration

Hello,
(I don't know why the server reject my message, if i send it via server news
: news.microsoft.com, but if I send the message via my news ISP server,
news.012.net.il, there is no reject).

I am using webservice with adonet.

I need to declare aspcompat = "true", but I don't know where, and what is
the syntax for that.

I need a tiny sample of use of ADO.NET in web-services, please.
