WEBService for all Domain??

Hi I'm trying to build a webservice that give information readed from a DB,
but it works only if I call it from a page in the same machine... if I call
it from another page in another manchine it doesn't work!!!

Is there some one who can tell me if exist some configuration to able the
access from all domains??

I'm using VS2002 to build the webservice!!
