webservice.htc :Client service unavailabl

I have created a web service under Windows 2000 server that i call from
client side using webservice.htc. It works fine.
But when i put it on a windowsXP pro SP2 with IIS 6.0 i get the error
message: Client Service unavailable.

does someone have any advice to solve this issue.
