WebService TimeOut!!

Hi All, What's the difference between
Timeout on the Webservice proxy object and Timeout on the auto generated
Proxy

foo.aspx.cs
localhost.MyWebSvc svc=new localhost.MyWebSvc();
svc.Timeout=1000;

// auto generated proxy
// WebReferences/localhost/Reference.cs
this.Timeout=5000;

There is no difference. the code in refernece.cs gets compiled into the
client application.
