Years ago there was a guy who could probably have answered your question in
5 seconds, but he's probably dead by now.

Anyone run across Little Lord Font Leroy lately??

I believe in the 30s there was actually a Hollywood child star called
"Little Lord Fauntleroy (sp?)". I remember hearing my parents/grandparents
talking about him.

Close. He's a fictional character in a popular book of the same name.
Unsurprisingly, the story was filmed, and the 1936 movie with Freddie
Bartolomew and a great cast is (or was...) quite famous. Bartolomew
became identified with the part (or it with him) although he was in
Captains Courageous the next year to similar high acclaim.

Of course I can't type, so it's Bartholomew, with an H.

Nope. It's a book by Frances Hodgson Burnett

That's right, Joe, but Boji still made up the bit about the
connection with text. It was a corny, no good, lowdown pun and
needs to be relegated to a status lower than frames on alt.html

'twas certainly groan-worthy, but I rather like a good pun now and
again.
Merry Christmas. (Do they have Christmas on Mars?)

It's the Fontleroy font -not Lord Fauntleroy

You can download a free version of this font by googling 'fonterloy' font download or message me here and I will give you a url to a free download of the font. It looks similar to the Park Avenue font.

Thank you.
