If you want moderation, go to a moderated newsgroup
(comp.lang.c++.moderated), if you want to get rid of spam, use a spem

Note that the 'MI5' spam series is posted using forged moderation
headers, so merely reading a moderated group without adding
spam filters wouldn't fix the problem.
