what is the best way to hide javascript?

Other than not using them...?

Please don't assume that the subjec is visible or remembered when
others are replying to your post.

The "best way" depends on why you are trying to hide them in the first
place. If you just want to reduce the size of the HTML page, put
scripts in external files (a good practice in general).

If you want to stop others from downloading and viewing your scripts,
you can't:

Indeed. The best way is to make sure that the code is so bulky,
impenetrable and useless that no one would ever WANT to copy it.

Fortunately that is the case with 99% of sites anyway. And ultimately
javascript itself is such a dogs breakfaat that there is little
incentive to use it beyond the minimum anyway...

There was a time when I thought your defense was that you were stupid.
Now, I realize your defense is that you are too stupid to know how
stupid you are.

Do you have nothing better to do than troll?
Not today, no. ;-)

Oh Great High Priest of Java Shit.

Anyway its your stupid fault for rising to the bait.

You ego wouldn't let you keep your silly mouth shut would it?

Third rate brains are all like that.
