What is the point of Google of allowing using importing RSS feeds?

If you've noticed that it is possible to import RSS feeds from Google
groups.

It's a great idea to import these feeds to a website of yours.

There is one huge disadvantage for Google... the feeds exported are not
complete (the sentences end somewhere in the middle of the message).

Is anyone familiar with this issue?

Thanks.

That last "S" in "RSS" is usually thought of as "Summary". The idea
behind it isn't necessarily that you should read an RSS feed, rather
that it should indicate to you that the resource the item links to is
worth reading in its entirety from its "home" site.

Of course RSS is a broad church and you can do whatever you like with
it. But this is a valid way to use it and presumably what the Google
developers' intention was. After all, it's easier to serve you ads if
you do your bulk reading through Gogle directly.

RSS must be a church. It has a self-appointed Pope and a whole load of
heretics
