have earned
merit badges or rank advancements will receive their awards. All scouts
(brand
new Scouts and Webelos included) are welcome and encouraged to come and
should
wear their full scout uniform<br>

Post the URL not all your markup.

Who knows, this is not proper markup but a hodge-podge cut and paste of
bits for what looks like MS Word's efforts to create markup. Contrary to
what MS says, MS Word does not do web pages.

You didn't provide us with the CSS. But I suspect there's
"text-transform: lowercase;" hidden away in there somewhere.

You might want to get rid of this at the bottom of the page too. In
Firefox it appears half way down the page.

XHTML MUST be lowercase. Maybe the browser is doing as it should and
ignoring all invalid markup? Of which you have plenty. Next time,
please post an url instead of markup.
