win32 installer for 1.8.1?

Are we going to see a win installer for 1.8.x {x > 0} while it's still
in preview mode, or is that just too much work? (Not trying to be
catty, genuinely curious.)

No installer, but a binary build is available at

there's a 1.8.1 pre-release
