Hi. This is the second time you post this question. It is off-topic in
clc++ because it has nothing to do with C++ and all to do with using
some specific tool set (which you should mention). This group's FAQ
lists some possibly relevant groups. E.g. try
[comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32].
