Writing Text File

Hi,
Ive create a .Net application using WebServices.
I've installed all apllications (WebServices and DataBase) into same PC.

When user log on in my application a user class create a .txt file.

Now I've installed a new machine, where I've copyed all my solution and
re-create
same sitution I've explain above.
But there is only one problem....when system is trying to write .txt file
generate an error...Why??? Ihaven't set correctly IIS (V. 5.1) or should I
set something into my FrameWork???
