I suspect it's valid, as long as you don't have any elements in the two WSDL
files that have the same name. OTOH, I wonder if it's a good idea.
That is the crux of the matter, what if two WSDL's have same
elements, if the target namespace is also the same then there is
absolutely no way to distinguish between them, thus one could say that
targetnamespaces should not be the same across WSDL's......
Pure common sense dictates that targetnamespace should not be the
same, but I was in an argument where I was being told that the draft
does not say anything like this so that's that. I looked up the draft
but could not find the relevant info, so was wondering if someone
could point out whether its actually mentioned in the draft or not, or
whether maybe I was missing something....
