xml configuration files editor

Hello,

My application uses XML to store its configuration files.

I am looking for a generic customizable XML editor or a form generator
that will let my application's end-user to edit and modify the
configuration files without the need to edit the entire complex XML
file. In edition, I would like itto do some schema validation checks.

A Web based or a desktop solutions are acceptable.

Can anyone recommend me for products doing what I am looking for?
