xslt 2.0 implementation

Is there any implementation of XSLT 2.0 other than Saxon or .Net? I
would love to find a library written in C. It's not necessary for it
to be free.

I know similar questions have been asked but not really recently.

Thanks.

There are three XSLT 2.0 implementations I am aware of, Saxon 9 (which
has a Java version and a .NET version), AltovaXML Tools (from
http://www.altova.com/altovaxml.html) which is COM software packackge on
Windows with .NET and Java bridges, and Gestalt
(http://gestalt.sourceforge.net/) which is done in Eiffel I think.
