Futhermore...what exactly IS chunky bacon? Bacon cut up into chunks, or
bacon with chunks in it (and wtf would the chunks be?)?

I asked Widipedia. Chunky bacon just redirected me to the entry for
Why's (poignant) Guide to Ruby. I'm sure that is not what you're
after. So I broke down the query into "chunky" and "bacon"

chunky:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chunky

bacon:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacon

So, using the power of synthetic reasoning ...

chunky bacon:
Chunky Bacon is a cut of meat taken from the sides, back or belly of a
pig and then packaged into a packed pixel frame buffer organization.
Bacon pixels are packaged together into a bacon byte. Typical
configurations in the local grocers include the 12 bacon pixel per
byte frame buffer, and the 20 bacon pixel per byte frame buffer.

Hope this clarifies things :)

I remember when the sign at McDonald's rolled over to "One Billion
Served". A friend of mine remarked that it meant they'd have to
slaughter their 101st steer.
