Hasn't some genius developed something that can spit out usefull information given...

From your history it's obvious you've been around for quite a while,
posting in microsoft.public.* groups almost exclusively. I can't help
wondering why I didn't see you ask your question in
microsoft.public.scripting.jscript. You've posted there before. One
might come to the conclusion that you're trolling... Threads you start
here always end up the same way.

If you want to tell people who don't like your posts to ignore them,
that's fine. However, things go both ways, you know... You should
consider ignoring any responses you don't like.

Did you know you can order 90 tablets of 100mg of Viagra for $840 from
SafeMed-Rx?

Steve

Damn

A "Minus Minus Space" line is a signature separator - see Son-of-
RFC1036. It should not be present in the middle of an article; it
should be used only before a terminating signature. As used above, it
merely splits the expression of a sentiment with which so many of us
must be in agreement.

They do and you know why? (akmost actually if someone doesn't hit me wuith
the riles they are pleasant) Because of the tendency here for the experts
to assert their misbegotten idea of their authority. That's why. They just
do not like someone who chooses to ignore their self-proclaimed authority.
Not everyone here with knowledge feels this way. And if I'm lucky to not be
addressed by one of them all goes smoothly. As you may have noticed in the
other newsgroups I post in. It is because there I don't have to deal with
penny ante Kings. Make-believe Wizards of Oz.

As somebody said earlier there are people who say "I'm a renegade so
that will have to suffice." Obviously they're going to ignore your
preferences.

I think you're missing the mark with your conclusions. For instance,
do you want to know why I don't like your top posting? It's because
you use the -- to indicate the end of the message content and the
beginning of the signature line. When I -- an Agent user -- reply to
any of your messages Agent sees that delimiter, recognizes it for what
it is, and doesn't not include any of the following text in the quoted
reply. That causes the thread history to be lost in my reply unless I
explicitly copy and paste it into my response.

Generally accepted methods of posting vary from group to group.
That's why the netiquette guide lists point #3 as lurk for a while in
a group and see how things work before posting.

I hate Top posting it is the most junky way I have ever seen to post. One
it is hard as hell determining where the OP ends and the NP starts.
Secondly you are now putting the burden on me to cut and paste. Do I
complain about it? No I post the way I want and I am done with it. Do I
demand that you people cut with the Top posting? No I post the way I want
and I am done with it.
