Sorry about that, but when my newsreader reports send failed, unable to
connect to the server, I don't expect the failed messages to appear 12
hours later. Just one more reason I'm changing my ISP.

Oh, well FYI there are free news servers available. Going from memory,
I've seen people recommend something called eternal-september and
motzarella. You don't have to rely on your ISP. :)

It's OK, freemont, he was addressing me and he is being kind because he
thinks I am deaf. So do some of my neighbours at 2am in the morning.

The copyright exists from the moment of creation. You do not have to
register to have the copyright. So, you could have an attorney send
a cease and desist letter. If that doesn't stop the infringing
behavior you can register the copyright and then sue them.

Um, yeah, that seems right. So what's your point? My point is that
*effectively* Internet so-called copyright-infringement cannot be
stopped in general and the reason is that few will execute the steps
necessary to do it.

Anyway, all this is just a point of debate. I do believe people should
retain the benefits of their created "property", intellectual or
otherwise, to a sensible degree. However, what most *claim* as
copywrited isn't really copywrited at all (-on The Net).
