Remove Ruby 1.8.5?

Can you reinstall Ruby 1.8.5, if you built it from source,
using a Debian based Linux.

Because I accidently removed the configure script file from source, I
now I need it.

Just download the source again and remakeallinstall? (That should
TOTALLY be a verb. Dude. Or something.)
