One problem that you have, as I see it, is that if people are going to
join your HTML help group then they are probably going to expect your
site to be coded to a high standard. It's from the standard of your code
that prospective members are going to feel that they might learn
something.
Looking at your opening page, I see:
(a) No <!doctype ....... so the page(s) can't be validated
(b) <img> tags with no ALT= entries
(c) Can't resize the window without losing text i.e. not a fluid design
(d) Not a heading (Hx) to be seen anywhere
(e) Some 'heading' text so small that I have to go from 'Medium' to
'Largest' to read them (the colour choice isn't that good for them,
either).
That's a pity, because the overall visual appearance isn't that bad.
Oh ..... best to put your text through a grammar/spell-checker to avoid
things like 'efficeint' and 'veiwing'.
