You're sounding like John Donne in his treatise against zero.
Nothing has many uses.

The question (which several of us asked independently) could be
interpreted as an implicit claim that "void x;" would not be useful,
or it could be interpreted as a question for the OP, asking him to
clarify why he's asking his original question.
